Bookings and Terms

 

To check availability or make a booking for a room, please either call us on 01608 645060, email on enquiries@wildthymerestaurant.co.uk or visit Booking.com.

 

Check in time – 2.00 pm/check out time – 11.00 am and all our rooms are strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed in any of the bedrooms.

 

From May to September, we have a two night minimum stay at the weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).  However, if you can only stay one night please do still enquire as we may have availability.  However, a discretionary £15 supplement per night will apply if only staying one weekend night.

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and restrictions may apply to certain dates and weeks.

 

Confirmation of Bookings – All bookings must be confirmed with a debit/credit card.  If you book via email or Booking.com, a member of staff will call you for card details.   Once the booking is confirmed with your card details, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours.

 

Cancellation Policy – Cancellation less than 48 hours before your arrival date will result in the full amount of your booking being taken from your card, subject to us being able to re-let the room.  No shows will be charged the full price of the accommodation that was booked.

 

Dinner Reservation – One of the many reasons for staying at Wild Thyme is to enjoy a meal in our award winning restaurant.  Click here to view our menus.  The restaurant does get busy so if you would like to join us for lunch or dinner, please mention this at the time of your booking to guarantee a table.  The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday.

 

Children – We can provide an additional bed (suitable for a child up to 11 years old) or travel cot in the Gold Room or a travel cot in the Pink Room at an additional charge of £15 per night.

 

Parking – There are parking bays at the front of our property for short term and overnight parking so you can drop your luggage here.  Alternatively there is a free long stay public car park about 3 minutes walk away, to the rear of our building and well signposted from the main road.
