Private Dining
Nick has created the following menus to be enjoyed by parties of minimum of 10 at a chosen venue or in your own home (maximum 30). These are suggestions only, please do let us know if you would like to “mix and match” or if there is a particular dish you’d like him to make for you.
Vegetarian alternatives are available on request and we can cater for those on dairy free or gluten free diets. We hope you understand that we are unable to cater for those with life threatening allergies.
We ask that you choose one set menu to be enjoyed by the whole party (dietary requirements aside). A cheese course can be added to all menus for an extra £10 per guest or taken in place of pudding. All menus include Nick’s homemade bread and something sweet to finish the meal.
Service is at your discretion.
Dining at home
Nick should be happy to cook for your special occasion in your own home, subject to availability and a site visit. There is a charge of £200, (plus the menu price) for this service which includes four hours of Nick’s time onsite. Additional hours will be charged at £50.00 per hour. We are happy to provide waiting staff at the cost of £20 per person, per hour. We are also able to provide crockery, cutlery and tableware on request.
